PPP always supports political dialogue: Shazia Marri

Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Shazia Marri says the leadership of Pakistan Peoples’ Party has always supported dialogue among political forces to strengthen democratic process in the country.

In a statement, she said the PTI Chief Imran Khan has chosen a non-political method by opting out of the assemblies, as he knew very well that the PTI government in Punjab was bound to collapse.

Shazia Marri said the PTI’s demand for holding election in Punjab alone is a grave conspiracy against the federation of Pakistan.

She said it is a constitutional obligation that the National Assembly and provincial assemblies of Sindh and Balochistan should complete their terms.
