OGDCL Discovers Natural Gas Reserves with SIFC’s Support.

Khairpur: Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), with the support of Special Investment Facilitation Council, has discovered natural gas reserves in Khairpur district of Sindh. The well is estimated to produce about ten million cubic feet of gas per day, which will help meet the gas shortage in the country. According to Radio Pakistan, apart from this, with the facilitation of SIFC, OGDCL has also started oil and gas production from the discovered reserves in Sanghar district of Sindh.
