Special lecture, Kashmir solidarity walk organized at Rawalpindi Women University


A special lecture and Kashmir Solidarity Walk were organized in connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day at Rawalpindi Women University today.

Secretary General of All Party Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Representative of Chairman All Party Hurriyat Conference Sheikh Abdul Mateen delivered the lecture.

In his address, Sheikh Abdul Mateen briefed in detail about the atrocities of the Indian forces in the occupied territory.

He said the presence of more than one million Indian forces personnel in the territory is a proof that India has not been able to suppress the right of self-determination of Kashmiris and this occupation is only based on force.

He further said that Kashmiri people will not compromise on their freedom struggle.

He thanked the people of Pakistan for their continuous support to the Kashmiri people.

After the lecture, there was a discussion session in which the students, faculty and administration asked various questions related to the Kashmir issue.

Later, a solidarity w
alk was also organized in which a large number of students, teachers and staff of the university participated.
