SAFRON Minister for Urgent Measures to Eliminate Power Load-Shedding


Peshawar: Federal Minister for SAFRON and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs Engineer Ameer Muqam has asked the Peshawar Electric Supply Company to eliminate load-shedding in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa immediately. Presiding over a meeting of PESCO in Peshawar today, he directed the authorities to resolve transmission line issues in various areas of the province without any delay.



According to Radio Pakistan, Engineer Ameer Muqam emphasized the government’s commitment to providing relief to the public at all levels. He urged the Peshawar Electric Supply Company to take swift action in addressing the power issues, highlighting the importance of efficient and uninterrupted electricity supply for the residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.



The minister’s directive comes amid increasing concerns over the frequent power outages affecting daily life in the region. By addressing transmission line problems, the government aims to improve the quality of life and support the economic activities in the province. The resolution of these issues is seen as a critical step toward achieving the government’s broader objective of enhancing public welfare.
