Rangers Foil Terrorist Attack on Camp in Karachi, Kill 3 Kharjis

Islamabad: Pakistan Rangers Sindh foiled a terrorist attack on a Rangers Camp in Karachi last night, killing three Khwarij associated with the Indian proxy group, Jamaat ul Ahrar. The attackers attempted to breach the perimeter security following a blast at the main gate of the camp. However, the Rangers' response led to the elimination of three Kharjis and the capture of one injured Kharji, an Afghan national.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the exchange of fire, three Rangers personnel lost their lives, and four others sustained injuries. Following the attack, sanitization operations are underway to remove any remaining Indian-sponsored Kharjis from the area.

The Counter Terrorism campaign, "Azm e Istehkam," led by Pakistan's Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies, will persist to eradicate terrorism sponsored and supported by foreign entities. Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, expressed his condolences to the families of the soldiers and emphasized these sacrifices strengthen the commitment to protect the nation at all costs.
