Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced to expand the Central Business District Authority from Lahore to Rawalpindi to boost the economic activities.
He made this announcement during his visit to the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Wednesday.
The Chief Minister expressed hope that the Authority will address several concerns of the business community.
In order to facilitate the business community, he also pledged to issue No Objection Certificates to them within fifteen days and start one-window operation facility in Chambers on Chinese model.
The Chief Minister proposed the business community to take charge of a government hospital and manage it independently for the provision of better health facilities to the people.
On this occasion, he laid the foundation stone of the business women, small and medium enterprises and cottage industries’ display centre.
