Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced laptops for eleven hundred students participating in Jashan-e-Steam. Addressing a ceremony in this regard in Lahore on Tuesday, she highlighted the participation of a total of 275,000 outstanding students in the event, emphasizing the fertility and richness of Punjab’s soil.
According to Radio Pakistan, Chief Minister Nawaz personally inspected all students’ stalls at the event. During her address, she praised Punjab’s Minister for Education, Rana Sikandar Hayat, for his significant contribution in recognizing the talents of students.
Moreover, she mentioned that thirty thousand students have already been awarded the “Honhaar Scholarship”. The number of these scholarships has been increased from thirty thousand to fifty thousand, further supporting the educational aspirations of students in the region.
