MOIB denounces fake notification about September 6 holiday

Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has rejected as fake a notification, circulating on social media that declares September 6 as public holiday in connection with Pakistan's Defense Day. According to the Ministry's Fact Checker, disseminating fake news is not only unethical and illegal, but also a disservice to the nation. The Fact Checker further said that it is responsibility of everyone to reject such irresponsible behavior. Source: Radio Pakistan
