A mango festival was organized by the Committee for the Welfare of Prisoners at the Sensory Garden in Women’s Prison, Hyderabad.
It was aimed at providing the prisoners some respite and uplift their spirits.
The Sensory Garden was adorned with captivating decorations and featured special arrangements.
On the occasion, various types of mangoes including the renowned Chaunsa, Sindhri, and Anwar Ratol were served to children, women, and the jail staff.
Speaking on the occasion, Senior Regional Coordinator of the Committee for the Welfare of Prisoners, said small ideas can bring immense happiness in our lives. He said engaging in activities that bring joy to others can provide us with a profound sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
To enhance the enjoyment, a singing competition was held, involving enthusiastic participation from all attendees.
