Islamabad: Mainly hot and dry weather is expected over most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain accompanied by windstorm and thunderstorm is likely to occur at isolated locations in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, and Kashmir. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperatures recorded this morning in major cities are as follows: Islamabad and Muzaffarabad at twenty degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-two, Karachi at twenty-eight, Peshawar at twenty-one, Quetta at fifteen, Gilgit at sixteen, and Murree at ten degrees centigrade. The weather forecast for the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy weather with the possibility of rain, windstorm, and thunderstorm in areas including Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, Jammu, and Leh. Morning temperatures recorded in these regions were: Srinagar and Shopian at eleven degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-two, Leh at zero, and Pulwama, Anantnag, and Baramula at twelve degrees centigrade.
