Info Minister Voices Satisfaction Over Peaceful AJK Polling

Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, has said political rivalry is the essence of democracy. He was talking to newsmen after visiting a polling station established for a Kashmiri refugee seat of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly in Lahore today. The Minister emphasized that political differences should not lead to baseless allegations and insisted that accusations must be supported by evidence.

According to Radio Pakistan, Attaullah Tarar expressed satisfaction over the peaceful voting process for the second phase of the AJK Legislative Assembly. He highlighted the importance of voters in deciding which party will form the government in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
