Govt working for moderniation of education sector: Khalid

Minister for Education and Professional Training, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has said special measures are being taken for the development of education sector on modern lines. Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the new building of Pakistan Education Endowment Fund in Islamabad, he said provision of professional training to the youth is an important need of the hour, enabling them capable of playing their role in the country's economy. He said that the provision of scholarships in the fields of tourism, health, climate change, IT and artificial intelligence by PEEF is the best initiative in this regard. Source: Radio Pakistan
