Govt taking steps to provide maximum relief to people in electricity bills: Leghari

Minister for Power Sardar Awais Ahmed Leghari has said that government is taking all possible measures to provide maximum relief to people in electricity bills. Talking to private television channel, he said discussions with Independent Power Producers are underway and good news will be announced soon. He said after fruitful discussion, the government will be able to save two hundred fifty to three hundred billion rupees every year. Source: Radio Pakistan
