Funeral prayer of veteran journalist, intellectual and Executive Director of Kashmir Media Service, Shaikh Tajammul-ul-Islam, was offered in Islamabad on Monday.
He passed away last night after a brief illness.
A large number of people from all walks of life including politicians, journalists, lawyers and members from Kashmiri community attended the funeral.
Addressing a condolence reference on the occasion, speakers hailed the services of Shaikh Tajammul-ul-Islam for the Kashmir cause on political, intellectual and media fronts.
