The Election Commission of Pakistan has termed the allegations levelled against the Chief Election Commissioner by PTI Chairman Imran Khan as false.
In a statement issued by the spokesperson of the Election Commission, it has been said that all the allegations levelled against the Election Commission and the Chief Election Commissioner by Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan are baseless and lies, which the organization completely rejects.
The declaration has made it clear that all the proceedings of the Election Commission, including the Tosha Khana case, are held in open court.
The commission will continue to carry out its affairs in accordance with the constitution and law without taking into account any pressure.
