Diamer Bhasha Dam Construction Progresses Rapidly, National Assembly Informed


Islamabad: The National Assembly resumed its session at the parliament house in Islamabad today with Deputy Speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah in the chair. The House was informed that work on various stages of the Diamer Bhasha Dam is progressing at full speed.



According to Radio Pakistan, Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, assured the House that efforts will be made to complete the project on schedule. He emphasized that the dam will be one of the largest water reservoirs and will play a crucial role in preventing flood-related devastation.



The session concluded with an announcement that the House will reconvene tomorrow at 11 a.m.
