Islamabad: Pakistan has been exercising successful diplomacy to de-escalate the situation in the Middle East. According to Radio Pakistan, Pakistan has demonstrated significant political maturity, notably in comparison to India. Despite its security arrangement with Saudi Arabia, Pakistan has strategically chosen not to become a party to the ongoing crisis. Through robust and mature diplomatic efforts, Pakistan has managed to convince Gulf countries to exercise maximum restraint and avoid joining the conflict against Iran. In an effort to further de-escalate tensions, Pakistan invited foreign ministers from friendly nations to Islamabad, hosting discussions aimed at finding a peaceful resolution for the region. Dr. Huma Baqai emphasized that Pakistan's diplomatic efforts in the Middle Eastern crisis have been markedly more effective than those of India. This has positioned Pakistan as a key player on the global diplomatic stage, with the world closely watching the positive outcomes of its initiatives in the ongoing conflict.
