Amir Muqam Criticizes PTI’s Focus on Protests Over Welfare

Islamabad:Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Amir Muqam has expressed regret over the PTI's focus on protests rather than addressing critical issues.

According to Radio Pakistan, Muqam criticized the use of official resources, such as helicopters, for the PTI's long march, suggesting it would not yield any meaningful outcomes.

He also emphasized that the PTI-led provincial government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should prioritize the welfare and security of its people, who are currently facing significant threats from terrorism. Security forces continue to make sacrifices in combating these threats.

Muqam further accused the PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of failing to condemn terrorist activities, implying that this stance indicates a lenient attitude towards terrorists.
