MoU Signed to Enhance Collaboration Between Industry and Academia

Islamabad: The Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation, the National University of Technology, Islamabad, and NED University, Karachi, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen industry-academia collaboration. The agreement aims to foster partnerships that will bridge the gap between industrial practices and academic research.

According to Radio Pakistan, the signing ceremony took place in Islamabad and was attended by the Prime Minister's Special Assistant on Industries and Production, Haroon Akhtar Khan. This initiative is expected to promote knowledge exchange and align educational programs with industry needs, benefiting both students and industrial stakeholders.

The collaboration seeks to enhance research capabilities, facilitate internships, and support joint projects that will contribute to the economic development of the region. The parties involved are committed to ensuring that the objectives of the MoU are met through active engagement and strategic planning.
