Islamabad: Rain with snowfall over some mountains is expected in North West Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Islamabad, and the Potohar region during the next twelve hours. Cold and partly cloudy weather is likely in other parts of the country, while fog and smog are expected to persist over districts of eastern Punjab and Upper Sindh.
According to Radio Pakistan, temperatures recorded this morning were thirteen degrees centigrade in Islamabad, twelve in Lahore and Peshawar, nineteen in Karachi, and six in Quetta and Muzaffarabad. Gilgit recorded a temperature of ten degrees centigrade, while Murree also reported six degrees.
