Special Communications Organization Establishes Freelancing Hub in AJK for Persons with Disabilities


Muzaffarabad: The Special Communications Organization (SCO) has established the first-ever freelancing hub specifically for persons with disabilities in Azad Kashmir. This new initiative is designed to develop the skills and abilities of disabled youth in the region.

According to Radio Pakistan, the freelancing hub was inaugurated at the Nobel Foundation in Muzaffarabad by Director General SCO, Major General Umar Ahmad Shah. The opening ceremony was attended by both civil and military officials, as well as the parents of disabled students, highlighting the community’s support for this significant development.

During the event, Major General Umar Ahmad Shah spoke about the unique abilities of disabled individuals, emphasizing the honor of serving them through such initiatives. He pointed out that the establishment of this freelancing hub marks a revolutionary step in the IT world, offering special individuals the opportunity to present their talents on a global stage.
