Govt ready to cooperate with provinces to eliminate terrorism: Tarar

The Senate was informed today that federal government is ready to cooperate with the provinces to curb the menace of terrorism and maintaining law and order in the country. Responding to a point of order in the Senate on Friday, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar informed that Federal Government is in contact with the provincial governments with regard to law and order situation in the country. The Information Minister also called on the provincial governments to set up Safe City projects to overcome the terrorists' activities in their areas.
