A grand peace Jirga of notables and tribal elders was held in Bannu. The participants reiterated their commitment and support to Pakistan Army in the ongoing war against Fitna al-Khawarij. They paid rich tributes to the sacrifices rendered by security forces for the restoration of peace. General Officer Commanding Kohat Major General Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti also attended the Grand Jirga.
