Establishing state-of-the-art institutions vital for gemstone sector’s growth: Aleem

Federal Minister for Privatization Aleem Khan has termed establishment of state-of-the-art institutions for gem stones vital for the growth of sector. He was chairing a session of Prime Minister's Steering Committee on Gems and Stones in Islamabad. Aleem Khan said the proposal to accord the status of industry to the Gems and Stones sector will be considered. The Minister said we have to make maximum efforts to get benefit from minerals and Game Stones in Pakistan. He added that institutions with international reputation must be taken onboard to resolve the present issues. Source: Radio Pakistan
