Commonwealth SG arrives at Foreign Office, Islamabad

Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland who is on a five-day visit to Pakistan, has arrived at the foreign office in Islamabad for talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
