CM Maryam inaugurates upgraded OPD of Lady Aitchison Hospital

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has inaugurated the upgraded OPD of Lady Aitchison Hospital in Lahore. On this occasion, the Chief Minister visited the OPD ward and inquired about the health of mothers and children, praying for their speedy recovery. She consoled patients in the ward and ordered the immediate resolution of their problems. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister also inaugurated the upgraded Eye Ward of Mayo Hospital. During her visit, she inspected different floors of the Ophthalmology Block and reviewed the construction work. She also examined the facilities available to patients. Earlier, Secretary C and W Sohail Ashraf briefed the Chief Minister on the upgradation project and informed that the number of operation theaters in the eye ward has been increased from 5 to 14 while a recovery room and waiting area have been established for patients.
